Was out a few days & too lazy to go back.
From what little time I have spent about it before Christmas - Daddy has now doubled down and made a video and somebody says Dabo said they have a terrible life . . . . or something like that ?
I mean - they have red & green Christmas mini-blinds in the room where they shot the double-down video . . . . if that doesn't scream LDR, I have no idea what does.

David Hood, who I think usually is pretty straight shooter, says he can't find anyone at practice that day that saw any "belittling" specifically towards Kinard
evidently kid was made to run extra by strength coach because of some "accountability". not sure what that means, maybe missed lifting or what???
this is totally my take, but kid was a walk on, so probably talent was questionable. imagine daddy who was all world clemson finds it hard that his kid never saw the field.
I imagine the truth is somewhere in the middle. can't see it hard to imagine that player that was given probably a special exception to be a walk on because of daddy, who then says I'm going in the portal but want to stay around to get the bowl benefits, well probably is going to get some unwanted attention.

His group was sucking. They got 'their butts chewed out.' Walk-on Johnny got his jimmies rustled. Told Dad a one-sided story. Proud papa didn't question it, and then doubled-down because he has to now.
And, Dabo was right if you want to compete at this level, you need thick skin. A little pot/kettle cause Dabo's got some soft pink ones when it comes to criticism about sucking wind, but on principle, he's correct.

My buddy said when he was on the team, they had accountability groups. So if someone in your group was a dumbaaass then the whole group had to run because of the idiot, so obviously peer pressure you wouldn't want to be that guy.
Apparently, and this matches exactly to Kinard's account, Kinard was often the reason they had to run extra gassers and Dabo's basically like, "Do you not f**in care that you are making your teammates run you sorry Pre-Madonna who is only on this team because your dad's name is on the stadium?!?"
(So Dabo probably didn't exactly say that, but that's probably what he wanted to say)

Bottom line - enough with this BS of making a private matter public. If Terry has a problem with anything Dabo said or did - then take it up with Dabo in a personal, private conversation. Stop playing the "woe is me" victim BS on social media by seeking some kind of weird emotional validation from the general public.
Terry is of a generation where he should know darn well how you handle things like this. Crying and whining on social media is not the way any mature adult confronts or solves problems/conflicts. In other words - act like a grown man and not some Gen Z adult baby who can't handle conflict.

I'm assuming Jaden had at least enough talent to stay with the team as a walk-on, so chances are he could be of value to SOME program out there. I think what Terry may not have considered is that going full Karen over the situation might turn off a LOT of coaches recruiting out of the portal because they know they're going to get a parent who has proven to be reactionary and possibly a distraction to their team. Certainly, there's some coach out there who might be desperate enough to need a warm body but it's doubtful to me that any really good program is going to have a lot of interest in bringing that energy into the locker room. The Kinard family is most likely still going to end up paying for a college education no matter where Jaden goes, and I'd say there is maybe a tiny fraction of a single percent that he ever gets a shot at playing beyond college. I have to feel like the decision being made by the family is based more on football than education, and that's a little sad. Dabo may have been hard on Jaden (and probably rightfully so), but I seriously doubt that he would be petty enough to single out someone who is basically a non-contributor because that would go against everything we know about the man...and I'm certainly no Dabo apologist. It would be ludicrous for ANY coach to waste time and energy on that.
