our blowout wins. Too boring - we needed more excitement - really needed a better home schedule to make trips to the Valley worth their time. Well , now we have lots of other things to complain about it seems.... but not those darned blowouts.

I remember also. It wasn't just Tnet though. Certain members of Clemson sports media also complained, including former alums.

I just shook my head.

I’d up my iptay giving level for a blowout. I miss those days watching DW4 and the boys put 60+ on somebody

Yesterday felt like a Danny Ford 1980’s style win. So many people back in the day complained about DF’s tendency to win by playing field position, special teams and grinding it out.

I’ve figured out over the years that any win is a great win. Lou Holtz was so right when he said you don’t know from week to week which team of 18-22 year olds will show up. A win is still a win.
