or a major extension if this year's team finishes the year like how it's started. We've had a ton of lean years during his tenure yet we've stuck with him. Only 3 NCAA tournament appearances in 12 years. Let's not overreact with our pocketbooks off a guy that averages having a pretty good team once every 4 years.

Agree. If he does not recruit better than in past after this season we back where we were over last 12 seasons. No more money and no more extension until we can see a pattern of more than a one hit wonder.

Was a lot better when OP was here and we frequently made the dance then lost to a lower seeded team. Also note the records were similar on a percentage basis bit those were the good ole days. Right?

analyzing a season (good or bad) right in the middle of it. Lot's of things can still happen either way. Wait till the end to make your decisions. Right now things are great. Enjoy it!
