We need to get hammered. And I mean hammered for the long term benefit of this program.

If we keep losing close and it’s bc of turnovers Dabo will continue to point to that. If we get blown out a couple times then Dabo can’t use that as an excuse.

Yes it’s terrible as a true fan to want this or even think to want this but if you truly care about long term success we need a complete reset and the only way that’s going to happen is to get completely ripped apart a couple times to end this season.

I know what you’re saying. I’m not pulling for them to lose, I just can’t do that. That said, I’m at the point where I’m willing to endure any kind of loss that will drive the right changes and then the program around. Scary part is we may see more of this kind of beat down before it starts to get better. Go Tigers!

I'm not saying you're wrong exactly, but I don't think thia will change Dabo's mindset. He's a blind optimist. Sometimes that serves him well. Other times it results in believing his own false narrative. I think it'll take more than this for him. Mark my words, if we don't come back and we get waxed, in the presser he'll call this simply an extension of our previous problems coalescing into the perfect storm. "We just need to finish and secure the ball."

But there's still a quarter left. We'll see what happens.

No I don’t mean we need to get hammered in just this game.

I mean ND/NC/GT or even the cluckers. We need to get hammered by 2/3 of them on top of this game.

I totally agree just one game won’t change anything. It needs to happen a couple or even a few times and it might as well happen this season since we have nothing to really play for. It’s already a lost cause so let’s just get it over with this year.
