History not on Clemson's side trying to get a tourney bid

Nice article here on the ACC and tourney bids. Bottom line is Clemson is facing an uphill battle due to their RPI.
Here's a snippet...
Going back through the last decade, only one ACC team has secured a bid after finishing the non-conference season with a sub-100 RPI. That was Clemson in 2011.
Unfortunately, Clemson is #193 in the RPI right now.

You bringing up basketball, really? who cares dude .. I wish we never win another game in basketball or baseball and just cancel out these two sports but win everygame in football.

brilliant deduction. most teams do not make it in at 193. hopefully the season isnt over yet or we are screwed.

it, the whole program with its winless streak in Chapel hill, never won an ACC tournament, 3,000 attendance, losing series record against every other ACC team and South Carolina. If they want Clemson fans to go or stop trashing them, then they need to get better, simple as that. Learn to shoot a free throw, learn to shoot the ball, don't look like you don't want to be there. Just GET BETTER, or GET LOST.

Guess loyalty only goes to certain sports at Clemson. Obviously football is king. However the ACC champions played a good game against a West Virginia team on national TV. Clemson athletics is on the rise. Not just football but seems most sports are competitive and are atmophere away from getting to the next level. If you dont like Clemson basketball, please don't watch. Your lack of understanding of the game,recruiting,what it is going to take to coach up young players while blending old players to your system is. Well. . . . A complete embarrassment. A True fan supports them all. Go Tigers!!
