Virginia State Route 199, known as Humeisine Parkway, is a 14.13 mile state highway that runs from I-64 in Lightfoot to SR 641 near Williamsburg after looping around Williamsburg on the west side.
A place on the bucket list not been is the Biltmore Estate in Asheville. Biltmore house was built as a summer home for George Vanderbilt in the early 1890s at a cost of $5 million, a $180 million cost today. It is America's largest private home at about 179,000 square feet. It was named for his ancestors' home town in the Netherlands, De Bilt, with "De" removed and "more" added. The estate is on 125,000 acres with gardens and farms and a winery and is a popular tourist attraction year round. It has also been a popular filming location for a lot of movies including "Patch Adams", "Richie Rich", "Forrest Gump", "The Last of the Mohicans", and "Private Eyes".

Clemson kicker Mark Buchholz (2007-2008) was the primary kicker when Clemson transitioned from HC Tommy Bowden to Interim HC Dabo Swinney and then to Interim-No-More HC Dabo Swinney. Like Dabo, he was clearly All In from the start.
Buchholz holds the distinction of scoring the first points in Dabo’s Head Coaching career! His 40 yard 2nd Quarter field goal cut Ga Tech’s lead to 7-3 on October 18, 2008. (Of note: At that point, Ga Tech’s lone TD had come on an interception return.)
Like some of Clemson’s other great kickers, Buchholz started his Clemson career playing soccer. He enjoyed great success in soccer growing up. According to ClemsonTigers.com:
“I can remember always enjoying every sport I tried when I was younger,” he recalled.
Buchholz became very involved with sports, especially soccer, at a young age. “When I was nine, I traveled to a lot of soccer tournaments. I loved the experience of going to the beach every weekend and playing soccer, and I decided to stay with the sport and excel in it.”
His youth soccer team proved to be a very prominent team in the southeast region. The team never lost a game in the state of Georgia. Buchholz’s team won seven straight state championships along with four Southeast region titles.

He didn’t try football until later in High School (From the same article):
“I joined on a Wednesday and started to kick with a helmet and pads on Thursday,” continued Buchholz, who played for Head Coach Bill Waters. “On Friday, our team played Roswell High School, who was ranked #7 in the state. My very first play consisted of kicking to Josh Allen, who received a scholarship to Vanderbilt. The opening kickoff was a bit nerve-racking, but I put it into the endzone.”
After becoming a two-sport star, he never even had time to get distracted. According to the same article:
“My schedule was so busy that I didn’t have time to get nervous or distracted,” he said. “I would play a soccer game one evening, get on a plane later that night, and play a football game the next day. I was always on the go, so I didn’t have time to stress out or feel the pressure.”
While he might not have had time to think about pressure, he did make time to focus on his studies. He made the All-ACC Academic team in both football and soccer, the first Tiger to earn that honor in two different sports in the same semester.

Former Clemson two-sport athlete Mark Buchholz qualified for the United States Public Links Golf Tournament by shooting a 136 score for 36 holes at Woodmont Golf and Country Club in Canton, GA on Wednesday. Buchholz had rounds of 68-68 in ranking as the second of four qualifiers from the site.
Buchholz was second to Jacob Harper of Beulah, AL in the 36-hole one-day event at Woodmont.
The US Public Links is one of the top amateur tournaments sponsored by the USGA.
