It's an emotional experience. The anxiety can make you miserable. The solution is to record it and fast forward to the final 2 minutes. It doesn't bother me but it is a problem for many people. Narrow down a few hours of misery to just a few minutes.

you should probably let your Dr know that. You might need some game day meds. I would always self medicate after bad losses. I must've smoked a whole ounce after the Chan Gailey/GT game where we had it wrapped up but we fumbled backwards and launched a punt snap 10 feet over the punters head.
