Did they retain most of their team from last year? Get a bunch of transfers? Anything? I know we are almost a completely different team, but just wondering how much better they are from last year's game.

Apologies for wanting to talk football instead of Jimbo Fisher, TLaw's wife, and other shenanigans. :)

Looked really good to beat those Coots...then can get beat by Virginia

Tigers are coming together, if defense can hold them enough which I think they will then the Tigers win by 10+ I say 27-17 or 31-21

4 common opponents so far. They are 3-1 and we are 2-2. They have averaged scoring 42.5 points in those games; we have averaged 25. They gave up an average of 26 points per game those 4 games; we have up an average of 22.7. I'd say we are in for a battle. IMO - If the Clemson from the last two weeks shows up, we are in it. If not, it will be a long afternoon.

Looking at shared opponents is worthless. Everybody knows why we lost four games and it has nothing to do with common opponents they beat we didn't.....

Grab reality... the team that plays better wins the game. It's the meaningless stats that are distracting you into making the b.s. statement that says "they didn't beat us we beat ourselves." It's completely poor loser talk. The only stat that ever matters is the score....teams find ways to win. Sometimes they can beat a team just by not making stupid mistakes...that means they beat us fair and square whether we produced more offensive yards than them or not. Those teams beat us by making fewer mistakes than we did...simple simple..they beat us.

With those common opponents, NC found ways to beat the other teams that we did not. The last two games suggest that Clemson might just have found out that by making far fewer atrocious errors they can handily beat other teams. If this team shows up and not the team of the common opponent games then we win by double digits. If the other team shows up we could have 400 yards of total offense and a double-digit loss.

quit sunshine pumping for points. We lost those 4 games this year because of an historically untalented offense and a jr high offensive coaching staff. It wasn’t bad luck.
