There is a meeting to float merger of PAC to ACC triggering new (ESPN) network renegotiation. Add PaC to CW deal, add ACC to apple deal.
Closing the gap with SEC

I don’t have a problem with it if it creates more $. We would rarely have to travel out west except maybe a couple times a season max since it would likely be split into separate groups east and west, and we’d be associate with great academic institutions.

Those PAC folk’s self absorbed snootiness makes Tobacco roads snootiness look like child’s play! Dreadful bunch of know it alls who couldn’t even swallow their pride long enough to secure a TV deal. They thought their stuff didn’t stink! Let them sink into the abyss!

Agreed Cali is a dumpster fire. They would probably charge some type of tax to enter their state. Never cared to watch any PAC 12 games to be honest.

I just think when its all said and done, whether its 5 years from now or 10. There will be just 2 big major Conferences with several divisions. It's going to look alot like the NFL. A playoff in each conf with the winners playing for the National Title. Everything is going to start merging where the most money can be brought in from it.

I hope so, this would be awesome. I like our ACC history and rivals, and playing some west coast teams would be fun.

I’m pretty sure traffic is fine in the westbound lanes heading into California ( except for the occasional Mexicano migrating), it’s the eastbound lanes heading out of California that are a booger and could lead to delays
