Congrats on the ACC's winning record over the ACC. It's about their 8th winning record over the past 40 years and first since 2016.

The thing is: "who cares" about it, right?
I've been told that unless your team wins the championship you are still in hunt/pursuit mode.
Conferences "DO NOT" win championships!
We all of the Clemson fanbase know reading is fundamental and understand this! For those who think it matters though: "big deal"!
Because the narrative needs to be revamped a great deal. Heck, when Auburn and Arkansas can lose to San Jose State and New Mexico state "AT HOME" nobody else needs to ever tell me about how vaunted the SEC is. I was sold after Georgia Southern went into the swamp and said, we are running right, up the middle, and left on occasion, and walked out of "the vaunted swamp" with a win. I think they threw like 2 or 3 passes the whole game.
So, for those with good reading comprehension skills, my point isn't to gloat over beating the Sorry Excuse Conference teams in head-to-head games. It is to say: "Stop trying to sell me on how it's top to bottom good. When it's not and has never been. Give the teams at the top their just due. They are typically the best or among the best: My thing is stop with the all-out lie that the SEC is top to bottom good: "because that is a full don't you know, no good LIE"!

Ah, 2016. The record was 10-4, the SEC totally sucked. eSECpn still pushed the narrative and didn’t skip a beat.

The SEC is no different than the ACC. Big 10, PAC 2 or Big12. All the conferences typically have 2-3 really good teams and 2-3 middling teams. PAC has always had Oregon, USC and Washington, Big has Michigan , OSU and Penn St. ACC has Clemson, FSU and UNCheat/Looserville. SEC has Bama, LSU and Tenn/Florida.

I agree! I would put Miami in the ACC as well and Nin-Cumpoot Stank University! NCSU is on occasion good.
Last 25 years National Champions:
ACC - 5* (Clemson 16, 18, FSU 99 & 3 Miami 01) *current ACC. SEC - 15 Big - 2 ( Ohio State in 02, 14) B12 - 2 (Texas 05, Oklahoma 00) Pac - 1 (Souther Cal in 04)
So, Stop it about how horrible the ACC is! It's not touching the SEC - but who is?
Breaking down the SEC run though: Take Urban Meyer(2 with Florida and Nick Saban 1 at LSU and multiple at Alabama 6) and I think the ACC would have had more. 2015 for certain. But, it doesn't work that way, does it?

2016 was great! National Champion and everything!
Still, because a bunch of the talking heads had come from Big 10 and SEC schools most of your coverage was on teams from those conferences! The soft-head who sits and only watches highlights and agenda-driven shows like Finebaum or CFB Live or whatever; "if that's all you hear without doing your homework, you buy into that nonsense"!
He double-hockey sticks - Georgia needed a pick-six to beat us on a neutral field the last time we met for crying out loud.
It's downright silly when you listen to talking heads talk college football and barely mention ACC schools. Literally, the 2nd highest provider of NFL talent and the ACC barely gets any love from these folks. Which tell$ you it'$ not about the fact$. It'$ about talking well about the fanba$e$ who are willing to $pend the money for you to talk about them.
I understand 100% they can give two shhhhh's about the following: "but I do not support or watch that nonsense anymore for all of those reasons"! Forget Ohio State and Michigan. Michigan hasn't been a National Champion since 1997 and you would think they just won it. Ohio State won it in 2014 with a backup QB(and probably the only time in my life except this year, I was ever pulling for them). But, same story! Big alumni base and large following doesn't make you good automatically.
Notre Dame hasn't won one since Lou Holtz - and every year it's the same dumb conversation with them.
Just stop!
But, I forget there are always people like: A*&** who eat that **^& up! And, who buys into that nonsense because other people are feeding them the information steadily?
