Imagine if people that supported our program were as unnerved and dramatic as the detractors.
Imagine if we constantly brought up all the good wins that brownell has had throughout the years..... in nearly every thread.
It is also hilarious to me that the same people that said our season was a failure for not making the ncaa tourney, and the NIT doesn't matter are now putting so much stock in our game against morehead state. We lost 2 games all year at home. That is fantastic, but you all seem to only care about 1 of the losses at home. I bet you all are completely miserable in your personal lives.

Mountaineer you are comparing apples and oranges. The ACC our other coaches dealt with were light years ahead of where the conference currently resides. Are you a young guy? If you are young I can relate to your thought process but if you are 45 or older you should know the difference. To put it in your own words “your head is in the sand.”

at the end of the day what do you have to show for it? More regular season wins than normal? zero progression in post season..
is the snails pace sufficient?
In the end i guess it really doesn't matter. Just fodder for the internet. . Backivich made it clear.. 1 more year.

We have played 5 complete seasons since making the sweet sixteen. Before - 1 NCAA appearance, 1 NCAA win, 2 NIT,
1 NIT semifinal. Since - 1 NCAA appearance, 0 NCAA wins, 2 NIT appearances, 2 failures to advance out of our host games. Would you please circle the progress for me? And this is with improved facilities, recruiting, assistants, and talent. Perhaps - and I’m just spit-ballin’ here - Brad isn’t a very good coach.

Actually, some of us, like me, are living their best life. Semi-retired I pretty much do what I want all day long. Have awesome kids, and a great group of friends. I Check out Tigernet when I'm on the toilet. You don't have to be a miserable person to not like Brad Brownell. He's a bad coach. He's a choke artist, never won a game that mattered. We want better for the program, that doesn't make us "miserable". FYI.

We beat Duke to clinch our first and only ACC regular season title. But you’d have to have followed Clemson basketball before Brownell to know that.
