The email said that we would receive info after the priority deadline:
Thank you for making your 2019 Clemson Football Postseason ticket request. Once the deadline for priority requests has passed, additional details will be released with information regarding your ticket request and any fulfillment limits. You will also receive additional information regarding ticket delivery after your order is confirmed
