Yes, lamb is the most eaten meat in the world but what you people don't realize, 'specially in ' Murica, is that some of you non-jaspers are eating hogget or, more likely, mutton!! With such UNeducation here in Les Estadootsche UKneedotsche, you're eating mutton & the British royalty are laughing at you behind your knee caps!

In fact, I'm willing to wager that the Mutton Renaissance Campaign was established to convene in board meetings for the sole purpose to drink tea, eat fresh LAMB, & laugh at yinz!!

Strangely enough, the coefficient of price elasticity of demand in the world-wide market remains at 2.65 which includes lamb AND mutton; I'd also be willing to wager very few of you jabrones treated your significant other to a nice LAMB dinner this Valentine's or, if you did, it was actually adult sheep & that you were eating mutton instead!

Again, there is NOTHING wrong with a good rack of mutton but if you're going to be paying top dollar for a nice lamb shank dinner, make sure you know exactly what you're getting!
