I'm propped up in the covery room with a laptop and a smokin hot nurse dropping in now and again to check my groin area, right. The draw back, I'm getting chubby at the sound of footsteps in the hall.
Since I"m high as the Georgia pines this time I'm going to start shooting ninja if y'all all promise to to let your imagination run off with your good judgement and start imaging what the nurses look like with the tight scrubs removed.
The cath worked right and Patel opened a couple artries. BP shot straight up with solves the low BP issue which caused the dizziness. Recuperation time is...well, I am walking at 3 today so probably do light work until the rain stops.
I'm back in the saddle after New Years.
Patel, cardio surgeon, dropped in during this writing and told me I had a narrowing in the stent he put in back a couple years ago. A change in meds is coming next week so we'll see.
I gotta go. I hear footsteps coming down the hall.

I'm hearing from people who can better keep track of time than me that the stent previously installed was ~5 yrs ago not 2 or 3. It did need a bit of attention to open. Evidently the 150 micrograms of fentynal I got was enough to keep me still, mostly, but not enough to knock me out. It just left me stupid, deaf and blind. I was clueless to all he did or didn't do during the procedure.
Sonof and I quizzed a nurse, not worth ninja, who investigated on our behalf and discovered that the blockage the surgeon didn't stent 5 yrs ago got one today. Along with that the previous stent got some adjustment and the valve was not altered or messed with at all because it's still doing a good job.
Recap: I have two fully open arteries, which is something I haven't had in 5 years, and good valves. The only negative, I'm assured, is that one chamber of my pump is slightly, insignificantly less able to intake blood so somewhat less capable of maximum efficiency. The slightness of the decreased efficiency was pronounced and highlighted.
The fentynal was good for me, bad for you. I was just high enough to believe I had the patents to shoot ninjas but my focus was far below the level required to shoot a decent ninja. When the hot nurses passed the wide open 4' x 7'-2" door I was distracted by all the confusion over what actually happened when they were poking around near my precious.
I''ve lost all hope so keep the dang mancard.

My wife's father went in for double aortic valve replacement 4 weeks ago and hasn't come out yet.
Chances are getting slimmer by the day that he ever will.

I was always one who had to hauled to the hospital in a ambulance up until 5-6 years ago. I knew the 3 bypasses done in 2000 were only going to remain open a short time, 18-23 years. I tracked my cholesterol for decades and kept the total to around 125 to make it as long as possible.
I'm really sorry to hear about your wife's father being in that bad of shape. Medicine can do amazing things now but they work their very best when an issue is caught early.
Anyone who feels even pressure starting in the center of his chest should get tested extensively and get their heart problems dealt with early.
