Went for my Active Release Treatment yesterday and afterwards to the Donut Mill. They still had fritters and the young girl that had given me the cinnamon roll last week was working. I thanked her for last week and left a nice tip. Actually I bought 2 and am enjoying the second one with my coffee this morning.

Life is good.

What was the nice tip? My favorites are:

Don't play in the road.

Stay in school.

Eat more fruits and vegetables. and

Keep hope alive!

As someone on here would say "She is someone's daughter." She was a very cute girl and if I were single and 63 years younger I'd be her dad's worst nightmare, but I just left her some money.

Your type of tip would be:

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and all your soul and all your might and all your mind and your neighbor as yourself.
