for me, it's when some gomer parks in front of my driveway.
and, keep in mind here, I live at the end of a culd-a-sac, in a neighborhood, at the very end of a 2-lane road to get here. so it ain't like I'm living on Virginia Ave in ATL and I got yuppies parking to go get some food / coffee / whatever.
I just lose it when people do this. Like, hey bro, why don't I park my truck at your drive way when you're trying to leave to go to work? you inconsiderate ####
I tell y'all bout the time I parked my truck on this dude's trailer that did that ####?

When azzholes park on the neighborhood street directly across from one another leaving barely enough room for a car to squeeze through.
Azzholes who don't return their shopping carts (buggies for FBcoach) and just leave them out in the middle of everything.
The under 30 crowd who will not make a phone call (work related) when they are told to call someone. They will send an email instead of talking to a person.

across the streat neighbors have company and they park direcly behind it and block .5 to .75% of the far lane. That is valuable backing out space and they have 2-3 car lenghts they could pull up and still be aligned with the neighbor's property.

On the way back from daycare, riding through some 2-lane residential areas, had to stop b/c they're in the process of repaving roads. There was, I'm sure a nice, lady standing there ripping a heater holding the stop sign as the skid steer was clearing the ground up asphalt, right? So my side stops, prolly half mile down the road that traffic is coming.
Well all of a sudden, this fat ##### in a red miata (cocked to the side b/c of her fat ###) comes up beside me and starts to go around me. Proceeds to blow right by the lady w/ the stop sign and almost meets her death with that skid steer right to the forehead.
Like, ### is wrong w/ people man?
She backed up and I saw her like waving her hands to the lady w/ the stop sign. She had some bumper stickers that said something like:
"Thanks for letting me in Bestie"
"Sorry I have the mind of a 9 yr old"
Idk man, it was wild. She was taking her kid to school. Couldn't wait the 5 minutes (on a road that's been under construction for over a week now) and bout drove right into the teeth of the bucket of a skid steer, in a miata, with a small kid in the front seat.
Didn't anger me as much as just want to make sure they know they're one of the dumbest most despicable people alive. I am thankful I didn't watch someone meet their death this morning though.

Several years ago I watched a woman on her phone almost kill her entire family several different times swerving off the road. Like all 4 wheels off the road, if there was any sort of embankment they'd have been done for.
I've seen at least half a dozen people side swipe the concrete barriers on 85.
Friend of a friend just got killed on Highway 11 on his motorcycle when a chick blew through a stop sign.
At least 50% of people have no business behind the wheel of a car, they're a danger to themselves and others. Something is going to have to cleanse our population of the low IQ underclass.

You can almost predict if you see someone's head down at a traffic light they're going to a) be slow off the line or require a honk, b) they're going to dragass behind traffic, and c) they'll probably cross the lines a few times.
I've gotten to the point where I honk at these people even if they're driving, if they're driving slow/distracted.
I hope when they meet my eyes they see:

For sure is a problem smart phones, I'm no nanny stater but I think distracted driving should be treated like DUI at this point. IMO it's way more dangerous and common place now.
One of my proudest moments was startling a woman on her phone so bad when I honked that she swerved off the road. She saved it from going into the cable barrier, but I'd rather her die than her kill someone else.

The overwhelming presence of the Dunning-Kruger effect among that population. Every Indian is an expert on something and thinks they're totally original when they spout well-known information that is baseline in the industry. This spills over to my professional career, where I've worked with contractors who were assigned to projects they had no business being on. I think it's common for Indians to overstate their experience and expertise to put themselves in favorable professional positions and it's created a LOT of problems in my career.
Their weird phrasing of things and broken English. Any other race - hispanics included - are held to a higher standard when it comes to command of the English language.

back in my consulting days, where I was leading team of Indian developers here in the states, then would hand over to team of developers in India at like midnight. b/c heaven for bid they come in early to do jack ####.
then I'd be up and getting their progress back at 6 AM.
very, very, very tough demographic to work with. ESPECIALLY in any software development function.
you gotta always watch your back b/c they will throw your ### under the bus in a second.
It is a very weird culture. And in my experience, when you get them into one-off scenarios, they're not that bad. it's when they get numbers and have leverage that it makes working with them just unbearable.
I probably worked w/ over 6 dozen foreigners, FOBs, people on visas, or some new citizens. Maybe 3 of them I would ever consider hiring or putting on my team again.

Totally unwilling to listen to outside suggestion too, I battled Germans on a project for 6 months trying to get them to build something we already had a design for that they said wouldn't work.
Finally had to pull the project from them and got exactly what I wanted 5 weeks later from a company in Indiana. Idiots lost out on a $250k job and any future work over being stubborn asssholes.

and replacing them with uh..."offshore talent" as of Dec 31.
Some of our contractors have been with us for years (a few 10-13 years), and are the only SME's we have left because "we" (not me) fired all of our full time SME's because somehow, in the race for everything to be Opex, they are cheaper.
I guess now we'll get to find out how cheap all "offshore" contractors are going to be.
By this point in time...shouldn't B-schools all over the world be teaching future Cxx's NOT to do this? It never, ever works long term. But I guess when you are a CFO or COO, and "long term" is 4-5 years in your current gig then you move on to something else, it doesn't really matter.

But elsewhere in the hood, I hate when people park on the street across from each other, leaving a narrow ### path to get through. Not sure how UPS guy makes it in there. Creates awkward impasses between cars and golf carts trying to get through it.
Other little hood #### that pisses me off:
-Neighborhood Facebook shaming, especially parent shaming. Worry about your own ####### kids and don't take pictures of other people's kids and ##### about them. But really any Facebook shaming. Be an adult and go talk to your neighbor.
-People who kill harmless snakes in the hood but suddenly turn into a National Geographic photographer when they see a rattler.
-People who clutter a street with traffic when a new house is being built. "Der herp I've never seen construction before!"
-Golf cart haters. Obed.
-Anyone who calls the police for a problem with a neighbor without first having a civil conversation with them.
-HOA companies that don't clean the #### pool for a month but want to fine you for having a palm frond out of place.

in the grocery store, making it impossible for someone on either side to get by. Totally oblivious to their surroundings. Sometimes I think they are doing it on purpose just to pisss people off. No one can be THAT stupid.
Same thing goes for the people that walk down the middle of the drive aisle in the parking lot so cars can't get by. IT'S NOT A FUCKINGSIDEWALK PEOPLE!
