more than a moment's thought, you'd see the "offense" is more with Oxford than Google. Oxford controls what sample sentences it associates with a definition, and Google just displays it based on the algo.
This is like the RNC's lawsuit against Google claiming they were intentionally spam boxing RNC emails. Turns out the RNC, like every other political outfit, has a dogshit list and poor sending practices that get them in the spam box like every other spammer. No conspiracy.
