Sorry Tiger Balm, but more and more evidence proves negative physical effects from weed. The brain, the lungs, and even changes to DNA affecting embryos. There isn’t a drug anywhere that doesn’t have negative side effects.

I guess the court system gets some money. I'm not a user of that substance but at this point it's clear that shouldn't be illegal.
If he was intoxicated/high from it while driving then yes, he deserves a DUI. This is basically like getting stopped with a 5 pack of beer and going to jail over it.
