Finebaum also hails from Birmingham so maybe there is a longstanding feud or he has some other reason to hate Dabo.

Coach Swinney did much worse to finebum

Swinney was invited to his show some years back and Pwall tried every trick and used everything in his arsenal to get CDS to say or even hint at saying he would coach bamer when saban retired, left or whatever and Dabo went into a 15 minute spiel about the way he was treated (mistreated) by multiple coaches, ad, staff, etc... at bamer and how many times bamer left him without a job plus went on to mention that saban offered him a job when he was at clemson if he brought Spiller with him. CDS pretty much said he did not see that happening in the future. The show literally had to skip commercial breaks because CDS wanted to etch into Paul's head that he was a Clemson man now. Paul did not like that at all and gave scenarios of maybe this or that but Dabo didn't bite on his bs!
The interview gave wonderful insight into how CDS saw bamer as a potential team to coach and showed Clemson fans how humbled and honored he was to be at Clemson coaching and said he would have to be run outta town before he left Clemson! So he did give 1 scenarios.

Paul's always on his horse waiting to blast CDS because Dabo destroyed him on his show.
