Dude you have a better chance of finding a plane in the Atlantic Ocean without a pinging Black Box to figure this season out.

I used to think it was due to the really good wr's getting targeted. Now it is worse and the wr are worse. I figured Dabo made a coach change to get it better. It is now worse. I think Tony isnt on a good trendline. Rb group was off last year even with improved ETN. Mostly we blamed the ol. Now he has a struggling group of TE's. And the the O generally and the play calling. Yikes.

Galloway is a pass catching TE that can’t catch passes. He’s also a pretty poor blocker.

Allen and Ennis who caught one vs BC and blocked well should get the most snaps. 88 is the most unreliable receiver and blocker on the roster but will still get snaps for some reason.

Yeah I hear he’s got a strong TikTok following as well with hundreds of videos. Maybe that’s the issue. More effort put into TikTok than football.

Agree. Allen’s one of our hardest working and most effective players. And T. Elliott often compliments him. Yet still plays Galloway. Country Club mentality at work.

I would forget the TE's and put an extra lineman in to block, even if the TE's are open, they drop the ball.

I don't like to call out players but the last game against BC it was really early in the game, and the play angle was across the backfield. After the ball was hiked, Galloway literally landed on his back in front of DJs foot. I have no idea how he took such a hit so fast, unless he was totally off balance. I had a hard time trying to understand since you couldn't see where he was and what he was doing. Allen has shown solid blocking and sadly it's been needed so they don't release him like they normally would, but then again, we don't use the middle of the field much either.
I'm not sure if it's Elliott or Dabo that maybe thinks it's high risk, but we have to get receivers open. We will never land a "game changing" TE until they are utilized differently here. All TEs know they have to block, but they also want to be used in the passing game to maximize their potential future.

I refuse to believe all 4 or 5 of our TE’s just aren’t very good football players. There could potentially be a link between whoever coaches that position and another line drawn from there to whomever calls the plays for the offense. I would follow that line and make a determination on whether a shakeup in the staff needs to be made.
Maybe go after a former player to become TE’ s coach? Perhaps a guy who is a former player, once coached rec. ball, and has been thinking about getting into coaching at a higher level?
