It came from a HR off the bat of their SS and 3-hole hitter Ashton Lansdell. This was Lansdell's first softball game EVER! Not first collegiate game ever; first game EVER!

She played baseball with the boys growing up. She started on her GA 7A HS team and became the first female starting pitcher in GA HS history. At 17, she made the US women's baseball team, and previously played baseball at Georgia Highlands College.

Two ACL tears cut her baseball career short, but she's got just as bright (or brighter) of a future in softball ahead of her.
