however….Bama beats that absolute brakes off of FSU in probably 8/10 matchups.
If you cannot see that you are an ACC fanboy. Do you think that FSU fans wanted an undefeated UCF in the playoffs? Nope.
It’s not even close. Clemson being down really hurt FSU, which makes me happy. Clemson is a top 10-15 team and FSU beats Clemson. They are in, but with a SOS of 55th….it’s not even close

When it is all said and done and we drunkenly talk about this mess of a year way down the line, I'll wonder if they really had the cajones to screw a 1 loss Texas team that beat Bama had UGA done their #### job.

100% correct and furthermore if this eye test is to be bought into, does FSU at #5 make sense with UGA at #6?
Additionally had Hugh Freeze not had a brain freeze and put just a touch of pressure on Jalen Milroe, Bama would be sitting home regardless of the SEC Championship. I then suspect UGA would have got in with a 3 point loss along with FSU and TX would be left out??
Thankfully no credible contender for the Championship will be left out next year.

It'd be the correct thing if that was the criteria they said they used. But they said they judge on something else, and then went against it.
And that's a really bad precedent to set if they're going to start bumping teams because one player gets hurt late in the season.
