Okay, so that gets FSU - the institution - off the hook.

I do not know that this precludes her from going after Winston personally. Any lawyers on here...okay, if I'm reading this correctly, this simply settles the dispute over FSU's Title IX violations.

This does not, in any way, shape, or form, absolve Famous Jameis of anything, correct?

If anything, I would think it helps everyone involved get locked and loaded to go after Famous Jameis - because they just stocked up their war chest, and they now have a lot of money to live off of while they go and litigate some more, yes?
