from the local Birmingham man makes good category

So I'm in a B'ham suburb getting some BBQ and guess who I see? Right by the front door is an autographed pic of Coach Dabo standing at Howards rock. Given the decore there he was probably there because of his Bama ties but still fun to see.

Well. the truth is that The Bear had a great deal of...

influence on Clemson's football program. We old timmers who live this understand and appreciate that.

I'd be just as proud of one of our guys making it in the bigtime as they are.

You, since you confessed to being 60.

I should have graduated college in 75 too but I forgot to attend. :)

I didn't get back in the game until mid 1980s. It was wonderful though. God blessed me to be in Pickens County when I finally grew up enough to understand what value education really has.

You were at Full Moon BBQ on 6th Avenue South?

Feb 8, 2013, 1:19 PM

I think that's the same one. Full Moon is one of my favorites. Saws in Homewood is also great BBQ. Birmingham has no shortage of it

Next time go to Miss Myra's

Feb 9, 2013, 7:00 AM

My wife grew up about a mile from there. I make a point to eat there every time I'm in town. The white sauce frightens me though.

The White Sauce there is great. Their pies are amazing too.
