beers. hitting up all the special releases and festivals, hoarding BA stouts, hard to get sours and the dankest IPA's on the face of the earth.
Now-adays, I pretty much only drink Coors Light or some sort of session IPA from the grocery store. I just got burned out on them.
I have a beer cellar with 50 or so high dollar stouts of every vintage going back 10 years. Some surely have faded a good bit. I'm just never in the mood to drink them.
So for me, you're right. The bubble has burst.

I like the description that the beer snob web sites give

They have about 15 over the top, overly described descriptions of beer, talking about it's bouquet and bitterness and how hoppy or sour it is, and randomly place these descriptions on beers based on how cool the can art is. They could swap the descriptions from different beer to beer and no one would ever know the difference.
And it's always fun to watch some newb beer snob go to Red's, the Southern, Art's, or any other dive bar I frequent, and watch them ask "So...What do you have on tap? Ddo you have the new summer session double IPA raspberry wheat porter stout of the Hockenspockenspiel?"
The answer is usually a sarcastic faced (pointing at the 4 taps) "We have Bud, Bud light, Coors light and probably a couple Natties left in the cooler from last night".

I eventually found the inner peace and strength to admit to myself that I just don’t really enjoy drinking beers that taste like a cat ate your weed and pissed it through an old leather handbag. Busch Light is cold, crispy, and refreshing. The thought of drinking more than 1 or 2 IPA’s now gives me a hangover. Can you imagine drinking some thick skanky craft brew in the boat, or on the beach, or at a tailgate, or on the golf course? Pass.

might be a good IPA. I keep 4 or 5 in the fridge. Mostly though, I am drinking Pacifico from an aluminum can. It's just easier that way. I was drinking alot of Miller Lite last summer, but I can find Pacifico cans here easier, so I usually get that.

I love Modelo, but mostly because I’m pretty sure it’s just Mexican Busch light

Surprised other early-on-the-scene craft folks like Ballast Point, Bell's, Sweetwater, Cigar City, etc. are still in Biz. There's ALWAYS someone more hipster than you in that market.

Now let's talk about the REAL travesty in the beer world...the fact that you can't get Schlitz anywhere in the Southeast anymore.
THIS HAS MADE ME CANTAKEROUSLY IRASCIBLE EVER SINCE.
