opposite reason. There used to be a restaurant that sat out in the marsh on the left, just going into Folly Beach. It may still be there, I don't know. But I doubt it. It was called "Delorces". Once upon a time, when family was spending a week at the beach, we went there for supper.

One of my wife's cousins ordered a steak, which was his first error in a seafood type restaurant. It was so bad, they offered it to anyone else to eat. Every male in our group tried it, and after one bite, declared it inedible. And trust me, some of these grazers usually would snarf down a steak, regardless of taste.

It was that type of food experience where, the longer you chewed, the worse and bigger that mouthful of cow got. To use a favorite Coot phrase, "Never Again" would we darken the door of Delorces.
