read on Next Door, or Facebook, or in most of the places that come up when you google. Look at the FBI data. Of all the different ways trafficking happens, it's almost exclusively from a family member, trusted family friend, or from a toxic personal relationship.

The responding officer said that Greenville proper is a massive hotbed for trafficking being in between Atlanta and Charlotte. Said you wouldn't believe how often much, much worse happens on a daily basis.

I'm not saying trafficking is or isn't a big issue (I'm inclined to believe it is) where are all of the reports of missing kids and abductions?
If my daughter was taken, I would make dang sure everyone knows about it and never give up trying to find her...sure most everyone would do the same.

Two weeks ago, my MIL took my 14 year old daughter to Marshall's home good when a man approximately 35-44 years of age began following her around the store. She "sorta" noticed and kept moving. My MIL went to the bathroom and he came in behind her, whispered very inappropriate things in her ear and got way, way too close. No man should ever approach a child in public without being asked to do so, first.
Second, what he said suggested he was sexually aroused by her and third, he stalked her. My daughter ran away for help and my MIL came out of the bathroom, chased him trying to flee the store and confronted him, took his picture and called the police. Hats off to the store people for all responding to the situation. We filed a report at which time the cop said he didn't do anything illegal so they couldn't pull the tapes without a court order, nor could we press any charges. He did say that if we had dropped the guy in the store, he wouldn't have charged us/me so sorry to spoil your weak-boy narrative, jimmyheyhey.
Fast forward to last night when my wife was out with my daughters and saw him and from there I followed him for the better part of two hours while he drove in circles trying to lose me from Pelham road to Pickens county. He pulled into a parking lot, and asked why I was following him. He admitted to being at the store, approaching her and proceeded to gaslight me about the situation saying she was lying and he didn't do anything wrong and this is what is wrong with society today. Never raised his voice, got angry, never balked being called a predator with one of his kids in the car with him. Now my hand is broken.
Talk to your daughters about situational awareness now. Talk to them about how to handle that situation using their heads, voice and feet. It's never ok for it to happen and it's never not ok to make it very clear very publicly. I've also bought them personal protection to carry at all times.
Other than Jimmieheyhey TD'ing my post then belittling it with his drivel, then squirming over here to look again like a complete horsesass in another thread, everyone has been very gracious and supportive. I'm guessing my thread got him in his feelings about not having enough sack to stand up for what's right in fear of "jail." What a complete loser. Probably the same guy.

There are so many backpatting, I’m a hero stories posted on the interwebs that are obvious untruths, that it’s easy to assume, even if it’s incorrect, that your story was just another one of the lies. That’s probably why Jimhey did what he did. So glad that your daughter had the awareness that she did. And so amazing that your wife spotted him the next day. Your daughter is the real hero in this story.
Unfortunately, if all of the details are completely true as you have seen them, then there is still a real predator out there. A punch to the face won’t stop him. Any man who aggressively follows children into the restroom in such a public way and then says inappropriate things to them has already decided to accept whatever consequences may come to achieve their disgusting goal. Be careful.
Also glad that you were able to drive to your family’s location and still had enough gas to follow him around for 2 hours! I’m surprised he stopped and talked to you. I would have been petrified if someone followed me around for 2 hours. I would’ve called the cops for sure. Especially if you punched me in the face. But then again, I’m not a predator.

I ran his license plate number, professor which lists all of his last registered addresses including Elgin AFB hence my knowing what his profession is and likely where he works. His wife is the one the vehicle is registered to and it lists her email address and phone numbers. It also lists all four of their kids names.

I can imagine how I would feel if this happened to one of my children. And I could see where it would be possible that if I chose to retell the story on the internet, I may even get a few details incorrect. Maybe even want to exaggerate the details out of a feeling of wishing I could’ve done more. But following a person for 2 hours and then assaulting them in front of their child seems way over the top. I just don’t understand why the police were never contacted by the predator. I think anyone would call the police if they had been punched by a stranger that had followed them for hours while their kid was in the car. I also don’t think I would give any evidence of the assault on a public message board, even if it is coded. If true, probably not the smartest decision by Oblood.

His MIL knew the daughter was being stalked and not only did they not leave the store, but she left her alone to us the bathroom.
Guy ran from the store, but was somehow caught/confronted by an old lady and a child, long enough to get a picture?
Couldn't legally pull the tape even though the store could have?
Just happened to spot this guy 2 week later?
Followed the guy for two hours, but the guy could neither shake him (how hard is it to follow someone on a trip without being separated by a light), and then pulled over to let a crazy stalker talk to him?
He "filed a FOIA" (no, he didn't), it came back instantly (no, it wouldn't), he got license plate data (hard for civilians, and also illegal), and the DMV data had a huge amount of private data including phone numbers and info on his kids (I'm skeptical).
He knew the guy was military, but referred to his "employer" and "coworkers"? Not how any one causally references anyone in service. And if the guy was a civilian contractor then why was the car registered to a base address.
And BBO has committed numerous crimes in all of this and has no fear of being arrested? Almost like he has no reason to be scared...
Could his story have happened? Maybe. But I'm not buying it at this point.

Yea, totally made this up and the responding officers response. Since he didn't commit a crime he had no precedence legally to obtain the film hence his referencing a court order.
