a semi-auto TEC-9 that had previously been banned was found at the scene. So not only is the weapon legal, we do not know whether the gun was used or not. However, this didn't stop the idiot "journalist" from posting the misleading headline of "Florida father with assault weapon forces wife to watch as he kills two sons." It also didn't stop the dumba$$ known as tigerboy98 from posting the link to this story and celebrating two more tragic deaths that could have been caused by ANY type of weapon. I think he must be a member of Westboro Baptist Church.
