I love being a dad, but here is fathers day
1. Wife forgets her wallet at Fathers Day lunch.
2. Pastor spends 45 minutes on how fathers have failed America. spent Mothers Day comparing a mothers love to agape love
3. Every BBQ joint is packed, so kids want Mexican
4. "Ordered your present late, it will be here in a few days."

1. Got a new leather Clemson wallet (had lost mine) and some fishing long sleeve shirts. Ate breakfast w kids.
2 Went to larkins on the River for lunch. Very good
3. Drove to the lake house and hung out w my parents, brother, and his kids for dinner.
4. Just got back to Gville

sounds about right. Chilled at home all day, watched golf. Two older kids went to Lex with ex-wife to see her dad. Watched golf, two older ones showed up and younger kid (i.e. wife) bought me a small grill similar to the one I referenced the other day. Grilled burgers and ate by the pool. A couple beers and older daughter made brownies. Still waiting on Father’s Day blowee from wife but may renegotiate to tomorrow. Been a great day, I’m a happy man.

Wife's birthday was saturday night, so she got t-total trashed and didn't get up on sunday until about noon... I layed in bed watching Skyfall and Spectre. Put wife to work cooking meatloaf, fried squatch, mashed taters, and peach cobbler for lunch... which wasn't finished until 5:00pm. Went out side and worked on my spike harrow I was building. Wife ran to the mall to buy my fathers day present (three short sleeved Columbia button-down fishing shirts). Made some lame excuse about how she ran out of time...
Wife talked all dirty and quickly fell asleep, left me hanging on Saturday and Sunday night. Lucky for me, she's a very deep sleeper.
Took meal to my dad... cuz he has the 'Vid.

Rigged the hose sprayer to the top of the trampoline net pole to make a splash pad.
Didn't go to church or a restaurant. Chinese takeout and Dumb and Dumber after the kids went to bed.

Spent Saturday night in Boon after a Tweetsie RR

day out with Thomas visit. Got to winery when it opened at 12. Had flight and brick oven pizza 4 lunch. When we got home, kids gave me presents they'd made (ages 3 to 8 so you guess what they were). Kids ate dinner and bed. We grubhub sushi. Eat, shower, seggs, whiskey, watch stranger things.

7:20 and my hungover self gets, "GOOD MORNING!!!"
Wife of wakes up and everyone tells me happy father's day and wife takes 3 year old mercifully out of the room. Sleep til 10 am and kind of panic it's so late and jump out of bed to find wife cooking eggs and sausage and having squeezed a bunch of oranges to make me a screwdriver. We all three eat breakfast on the patio and then we headed out to Home Depot to get some screws to mount the new TV, some lemon trees, bird seed and various other odds and ends. Then headed to Fresh Market to get some hot sauce for BIL and some wine for Dad, then to NY Butcher Shop for a gift card for Dad so he can get some wagyu steaks.
Home for a few hours to move some furniture and put some #### together and then headed over to BIL's for smoked/Grilled ribeyes and dinner. 3 Year old played with her 1 year old cousin all night and we ate like kings. Home and had an old fashioned on the porch because not hot as F and then to bed. Woke up and worked out then got blowie from wife and then around 8:15 realized 3 year old was going to sleep until 10 (of course, it's a schoolday) so had to wake her up and then headed in to drop her off and head over to hell, errrr work.
Pretty awesome until I had to come to work.

TRASHED. So much so, we had to wrestle the bottle from her and hide it.
Finally got her to bed around 3:30 am.
She spent the rest of father's day in bed nursing a hangover.
Had lunch with father of at the local sunday BBQ place.
Wife of got up out of bed long enough to show me her present. A bike. Not sure what she's trying to say with that one. I guess for her birthday I'll get her a shake-weight.
Got pizza bagels for supper.
