This entire situation is yet another YCMTSU with the left. It is a view into local politics and corruption of every big city run by democrats.
The contempt shown in their responses is revealing. Even under oath, they are lying through their teeth.
Who the he|| carries around $4000 in cash all the time not remembering from where it came?
How do these people pass the bar?
I am just SMH that so many people can align themselves with this kind of cr@p in the democrat party. Ditto with the Biden crime family. Ditto with HRC - lying sack of chit sets up her own effing email server so she could collect (which she did) 100s of millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation.
Corrupt to the core - Democrats.
Jussie Smollett. Rachel Dolezal. Joe Biden. All the same. Cata, hey hey, 19B, Birm, ...all the same.

didn't think people on the stand were allowed to not answer direct, simple "yes/no" questions, and instead respond with long fillibusters proclaiming their innocence with angry indignation, but it was clear that's all Willis was going to do, and they allowed it.

They can show contempt because they are the protected class. Their supporters on this thread are equally contemptuous of any attempt to hold anyone other than the orange man and his supporters accountable for anything, which is why they support policies that leave them living in crime ridden #### holes.

Ok Fani Willis is a horrible person.
Now let’s get back to the issue. Did trump attempt to steal votes or changes votes in the state of Georgia?

Dude Georgia fixed their election. There is video evidence at the State Farm arena Atlanta where they had a busted water pipe and made all employees, except ballot counters, go home. After the employees left the video shows the workers pull out ballot boxes hidden underneath the table. The same boxes had been brought in at 8:30 that morning. The video shows them being brought in and stashed under the table.

Yep, ####### someone you work with is much worse than calling the SOS and requesting that they "find 11,780 votes" so I can win. Lol, but seriously, based on yesterday, please explain the conflict of interest and how that impacts the defendants from getting a fair trial?

Agreed if they PROVE that they lied to the court. It's gonna take more than that one witness though, she seemed shady to me with Fani forcing her to resign or be fired so she seemed to have an axe to grind. We will see what happens today and then what the judge says. Lets assume it's 2 peoples word against one with a possible axe to grind, where is the conflict and how does that impair a fair trial?

ATL to TN knows that no one just goes up there for lunch and comes back. They have receipts that prove he rented the cabin he says he didn’t rent.
Also he said he didn’t lie in his divorce hearing when he said he’d never cheated, because he’s defining his marriage as “over” at the time he cheated because it was broken, not because it was actually over. Multiple easy to prove lies in their testimony. They were just letting them dig their graves yesterday

Yep, that's OK. However, I saw/heard a totally different hearing than you did. Back to your previous reply, I have made it from ATL to Chatt, TN in less than 2 hours myself. They said they went up there for lunch and came back due to the threats she was receiving in ATL and she was less known up there(plausible). He said he had credit card statements that prove he rented a cabin and he says he rented many many cabins.
Also he said he didn’t lie in his divorce financial statements (he didn't say he’d never cheated), because he’s defined his marriage as “over” in 2015 when his wife cheated on him, and they agreed to stay together until the kids were out of school and then they filed in 2018(this one was shaky and reminded me of Clinton when he said "it depends on what the meaning of is is"). I assume your "multiple easy to prove lies in their testimony" is IYHO. They still have not proven that Willis received any benefits and how that would affect the defendants ability to receive a fair trial, which is the key.
We will see what happens today and what the judge says. It would not shock me if they can somehow prove it though, but they haven't yet IMHO.

I heard it. If I’m wrong, I’m wrong, as I was multitasking at the time, but it was not Chattanooga I thought.
In his divorce proceedings he exactly said he had never cheated and that’s what he doubled down on yesterday by creatively redefining what being married meant.

scene of the crime of killing his son and wife. They already had proof of him swindling about $10 million from his clients and disbarment wasn't even mentioned for that.
That seems to be a club that's pretty hard to get out of of. I can't imagine a little ####### in a cabin will do it.

Well, a couple things on this. In any employment, you can't be screwing a subordinate employee, or you get fired. Normally, that's sexual harassment. The times I've seen it in my business life it's usually been the man chasing tail and they both get fired when they get caught. Also, her getting a financial benefit with all the trips from government money that was not reported has got to be a crime. The story that she paid him back in cash is the biggest line of BS I've ever heard.
I don't think this should get Trump out of anything, but some other jurisdiction or DA needs to take the case. Those two Atlanta clowns are a joke and Saturday Night Live should have some good material this week.

in any way invalidates her case against Trump,. Her private life has no bearing on this case. How can there be a conflict of interest when her partner was already on the case and pursuing the same charge? It would be a little different had she hired him after they started having an affair.
Anyway, this is just a circus act. Maybe an actual attorney would like to comment on any potential breach of ethics.

Willis should be removed from office, and sanctioned heavily. But, her poor judgment in managing the case is separate from the merits of the case. As long as there are no Brady violations, which I don't believe have been alleged, her acts as a person/elected official have no bearing on the case itself.

I do not disagree that the corruption of Fani may be independent of the case against Trump.
But, it is yet another data point fitting the curve of corruption within the democratic party. Also don't pretend you do not believe this is more than just Fani doing this on her own. I'd love to hear Fani back on the stand and give up the Feds that guided her.
