What changed NCST's mind on expansion?

Does ACC's expansion give Clemson and FSU legal grounds to leave?

What conference would take Clemson and FSU at this point?

I have a bigger question: Knowing this conference’s ability to be petty, short sighted and unreasonable what’s to stop the schedule makers from sending Clemson and FSU to the left coast twice next year as punishment for the NO votes? I have no worry they would ever send the holes twice even with their posturing. But I could see them having us open again on Labor Day in Cali and then travel to Syracuse 5 days later to play the Orange. I would never put it past them.
