I’ve seen it with my own eyes in major metros.
Infrastructure isn’t there.

50 amp outlets are so expensive and rare that they power every trailer park in America. OMG, they must be so hard to set up. FYI, our Publix, Walmart, Target, et al all have charging stations. I am not sure you are looking hard enough in these metro areas.

If those Californians need to pass the time while they wait they could get out and hug those trees in the background. By the way, thank you California for showing us morons a better way. Lol.

These morons thought that they could leave their neighborhood, fight LA traffic going to work, fight LA traffic coming home from work, and have enough power stored in a no longer brand new EV battery to get home to their home, where their $600 charger was waiting.
Smart EV buyers never get into a situation where they have to charge their EV away from home.
Birm’s world.

Going to a gas station is more convenient than parking in your garage? The lengths you guys go through to hate on EV's. It's like EV's have you terrified. This is incandescent light bulbs all over again. How many cases of those do you have left stockpiled in your garage? 😆

Is parking in your garage less convenient than going to a gas station? Still waiting.

Varies based on car and battery type. Not to mention that cost will continue to decline as the years go by. Of course after 8+ years of almost 0 maintenance cost, it pays for itself.
Now I can ask you. How much does engine replacement cost? Transmission? Mass air flow sensor? Timing belt? Years of oil changes, radiator flushes, ignition coils and plugs, etc?

Of course gas cars have maintenance costs. When the EV is easy and fast to charge out on the road and when I can drive a long distance without worrying where or if I can charge the dang thing I will consider one.

I make roughly 75 stops at gas stations each year with my Hybrid. That number would be higher with a normal ICE. I may have to stop at charging station once or twice a year with an EV. So explain to me how eliminating approximately 70+ trips to the gas station is "less convenient". LOL

Seems like every single one of those cars is a Mercedes. They must be getting charged prior for transport. LOL at this failed cherry picked narrative. 😆
