We didn't make plays.

We fumbled in the red zone.

We had kicks blocked.

Didn't hustle. Didn't tackle.

Not, I refused to accept the changing nature of the game and adjust my notions about how football should be played because of arrogance, and went on to make incredibly stupid internal staffing hires because they're "my guys" just like DJ was even though I know he'll cost us several games, and I still don't have my team prepared because AW SHUCKS.

I don’t think Dabo can make the tommy Bowden “one play away” excuse. The Bowden teams were always right there, unable to cross the hump. That is not us
