I was just thinking the other day how I really can’t stand avocados, and frankly, people who think they’re amazing and make eating avocados a personality trait are 9/10 messed up in the head.

Not exactly what you are talking about, but I have a lot of verbal pet peeves. For example, elongated vowel sounds to make a point.
