This link says WS going to make decision Monday. FA&M is trying to counter, but might have restrictions on how much they can compete with a FBS Power 5 school. A couple of more good years as a coach and WS could get a big HC job. The Duke AD must have a good budget for assistants for Diaz. Link:

Just a hunch. Also, wonder if pay will be better at Duke vs FAMU.

Ed Reed took Bethune gig, then saw how limited resources were and left. Willie likely do a lot with a little at FAMU.

Interesting target! With what Simmons has achieved at Florida A&M he may be able to get a head coaching position or at least a coordinator role in the power 5. Either Duke plans to throw the bag at him or hope no one else targets him.

If CJ for some reason were to leave after season, Simmons would be great as the RB Coach for the Tigers.
