If you have a second, could you say a quick prayer for my Father in Law, Locke Smith. He was in a bad accident today at his house and is currently in ICU. He and the family could use all the prayers he can get right now (my brother in law and sister in Law (his daughter) graduated from Clemson in 1992). He's one of the finest men I have ever know, 88 years young, WWII USMC veteran who fought in the South Pacific, gentle and kind. We got a pretty good prognosis from from the doc's, but at his age it's going to be a tough row to hoe.

I have so much respect for all veterans and especially those
Marines who fought in the south Pacific. The series "the Pacific"
chronicles those horrific battles fought by men like your father in law.
