Any Georgia fan criticizing the inappropriate conduct of ANY OTHER FANS on the planet is the epitome of hypocrisy. Georgia fans are without question or exception the the most vile and repugnant in all of sports and it really isn't even close. I have often said, Georgia fans don't discriminate. They treat all opposing fans like $#!7.

the dog fans were unbearable. Had a drunk young girl 2 rows in front of me hit an old woman. Had to restrain her drunk BF while waiting on security to escort them out.
Then one of them in a stupid looking truck tried to speed out of the parking lot across from the stadium into a crowd right after the game...he's lucky he didn't hurt anyone, angry crowd surrounded truck(rightfully so),but thankfully police jumped in quickly and took care of that as well.

I have strong Clemson roots but I am a Georgian. My mother was from Anderson and Clemson was part of the heritage of her side of my family. My dad went to GT and my brother and sister in law both distinguished themselves there. I was never a GT fan but do respect them and we Tigers are generally respected by them. The UGA fans are another thing all together. Growing up in Georgia I was turned off by the poor sportsmanship that was much too prevalent among UGA fans. Certainly that is not true of all UGA fans but there is a tolerance and even a pride in being disrespectful toward fans of other school's athletic programs. Although the narrative you attached is extreme, it is an attitude I have experienced as acceptable and to some extent honored among UGA fans.
Some of us believe the best way to gain respect from others is to show respect toward others. I have always felt this was a value embraced by the Clemson University community. It is a major reason all three of my children passed up the benefits of the Hope Scholarship and went to college out of state at Clemson.
My wish for the Georgia fan base is that they can overcome a negative image and reflect positively on the many good UGA supporters I know. Unfortunately, repulsive attitudes like the one expressed in your post continue to do too much to define the image of the UGA fan base.
