I said before the season Manny Diaz may not be qualified to lead a major CF program. That said, he has to get another year even after this year's debacle of a season. If they crash and burn next year, probably time to cut bait.

You wonder why they can't get good coaches there to stay? Close to the beach. Great recruiting grounds. They are the only P5 team around Miami area. Should be easy!

The OC for Indiana comes to mind. Not the one they have now; but from a few years ago. Maybe even the guy who was at Purdue. These guys had good schemes and called good plays - but they didn't have the talent to compete with the big boys of the big 10. That's what people have to look at if you are in Miami's situation. They may have to look at a play caller who on the surface has not had great success. But, was it because of their lack of talent? If it was - they need to go scoop them up ASAP. Too much talent in and around greater Miami for them to be as bad as they are.
