not sure if it's still this way, but subscribers usually get the mag on Thursday, then all stores should have them by Friday or the weekend.


If you can find stores that sell magazines. So go to Barnes and Noble, they do.

My Dad was a distributor back in the day for SI.

When we lived in SC he sold more 81 champ SI mags in SC than the entire US probably sells these days of all publications in a week.

He made sure every store was stocked to the max, had special displays made and sold every #### one of em and then filled more orders by telling them to print more.

Times have changed.

Don't know who they are though lol. Took it to fan day Spring after championship and had some sign.

Another perk from Dad was he had the cover blown up into large posters. Have one hanging on wall in frame, at some point we probably had extras but don't know where they are now.
