Does having the best defense in the world

Help or offense or hurt it. If we have to match up second teasers to get anything accomplished offensively in camp that has to hurt. On the other hand, if the offense can move the ball on this defense it's all good. I remember Coach Ford throwing William Perry out of practice because he was unblockable. We probably have 3 William Perrys this year.

If indeed this is the best defense in the world then they will have to prove that going forward.

Offensively....we have a long ..long way to go to be explosive as we need to be. If our style is complete ball control to methodically get as many first downs as there are on a drive before we score......then the execution of plays as well as some explosiveness should come more and more against weaker defenses......if again ....we have the best defense in the world.

Offensively we better have some killer instincts this season.

I don't see where it could do either, I mean they are never on the field at the same time unless it's at practice, and then the best defense will hurt the offense!!!

I would think a good defense should give the offense good field position often, which should definitely help the offense.

There will never be another Fridge because sizes were so different then. We have talent but a long way from being the #1 defense. Stay healthy and have a chance to be Top 5 for sure with our schedule.

Those digs..you just HAVE to get them in don't ya? SMH..."With our schedule", and "Top 5" umm, CU has been top 5 most of the last decade, finishing #1 twice in that period. But hey, keep shilling!

The coaches said we moved the ball on our defense last year. I guess it didn’t translate into the game on the field. Our defense looked pretty good most of the time.
