Everything is a slight against the fans at Clemson, or Clemson coaches or whatever. Anytime someone makes a transition out of a situation they have their personal reasons, and justifications in order to find a comfort and outlook or opportunity they didn’t have previously. Everyone has made decisions for a change of scenery and hardly any of us have to constantly explain why, unlike DJ or other people with media attention. Whatever he says is fine and no always a dig at some fan somewhere.

I've been to Corvallis. It's like being in Summerville, SC. They aren't as passionate about football, more interested in the outdoors- hiking/biking. No national media. That's probably why he feels that way.
