Someone needs to demand the ACC provide justification for no targeting and ejection.

That hit was clearly dirty and absolutely targeting by every definition.

It was a hit on a ball carrier falling backwards towards the endzone. Not sure what you want the defender to do there.

It *might* be targetting if you believe/rule shipley to be defenseless, but it wasn't dirty. It was a defender trying to stop a TD.

He was down. Even if he fell I'm the end zone it wasn't a touchdown.

Launching helmet first to the helmet of a defenseless player is a dirty hit.
