all the ACC Presidents approved the new CFP deal? Could be wrong, but if so, good lord what are they thinking?

I thought it was just conference commissioners. But I could be wrong. Not sure what the acc did, but the b12 commissioner wasn't going to sign off on it until a clause was put in stating that any future expansion would force it to be renegotiated.
