he just responds in his own sweet time ...

I'll give examples ...

Offense has been a work in progress going on now 3 seasons.

1. Tigernet says "Bench DJU5" ... Dabo eventually relents
2. Tigernet says "Offense is stale" ... Dabo hires Riley
3. Tigernet says "O-Line and WR stink" ... Dabo hires Luke to fix OL

I'm guessing Spiller and Grisham have been put on notice ... they are the only things left to change on that side of the ball.

he's also recruiting coordinator and that's going well.
But it's possible he's put on notice that his guys WILL start blocking and catching the ball or it's his rear end.
But that would be next year, I imagine.

Maybe Dabo hasn't decided who his replacement is. He locks in his replacement before taking action. Very, very smart Dabo!

IMO, he is getting a grace period due to who he has signing in December and because the majority of the WR Corp was injured this year. Get everyone healthy, and next year is his evaluation year.
