Really they play the same position in the slot. But they have completely different strengths. Neither guy is very tall so they don't really belong outside. Brown is better with the jet sweeps and short passing game because he's faster. Antonio is better in that intermediate passing game because of his short area quickness and his release moves create so much separation. Both guys need to be on the field though. I suppose they'll just alternate at the slot while the other plays the old Jaron Brown spot as the "5". Moore is a pure outside "9" guy and Wesco looks like he has the size and ability to seamlessly play at any of these 3 spots. Throw in Stellato, Randall Turner and that's a darn good group on paper.
