That was UGA's first real game of the season, and your gamecocks proved they werent close to being ready to be ranked that high

Probably slightly better overall than them as well. The game is in Clemson, so it will definitely be tough.

Actually, we could score 50 if you guys play press coverage on defense (as you usually do). My guess is you'll play more zone after you get burned in the 1st half--you don't have much talent in the secondary this year. But then again, neither do we, lol's.

Wrong! Did you watch the FSU/Clemson game? Press and bump-and-run gave us fits all night down in Tallahassee, it upsets the qb/receiver timing, which is key for us. Sammy esp. can't handle it. BTW, USC's secondary looked pretty good to me last night. However, I don't think they can do that every game.

Be are a ball control/grind it out team. We run the ball probably 70 percent of the time.
Clemson would likely have to score a TD literally every time they had the ball to get to 50.
You have a point about our coverage though, it is a weakness.

My guess is we wouldn't blitz much. We would try and get a pass rush with the front four and then play zone in the backfield.

our o-line has done a good jod against 4-man rushes. fsu and auburn both have comparable talent on the front 4 as usuc's. press worked at fsu, mainly against sammy, who will get stronger as the year progresses, he hasn't played but a few games. i like our chances, esp. at the valley! see ya in november.p.s. our wr's kill the zone, i hope y'all do run it, exclusively.
