Does anyone else feel like this is a good thing? I’ve heard Brian/bobby derkens say he’d rather see us play a low end team before playing them which I totally understand but I wanna see what we got right out of the gate so we can figure out things to hopefully have a successful season to possibly just get in the tournament and then go from there! What y’all say??

It's ok. The BB heads often post on the Football board for some reason. You won't come anywhere near to evening things out.

I agree turnovers killed us bad this past season and we just couldn’t get out of our own way but I’m hoping another year under Riley will give Cade a chance to shine like we all have hoped for especially with Mafa having the lead rb roll

Yes, I think it is a great thing.
Beating Georgia in Game 1 sets the stage for an excellent season.
Also, playing Georgia early has the benefit of them not having all their players out of jail or off suspension, if they even do that any more.

lol love the way you think! I just wanna see where we stand as a team because obviously Georgia is one of the best right now so maybe it can show and shut up all the haters about how Dabo runs his program

If we have to play em’, I like it being first game the best. Check that, that last game in the CFP playoffs would be better.
