Clemson Tiger paw - Previous post, Chilton Tigers

I emailed the Chilton High School in Alabama informing them that using our patented tiger paw trademark is illegal. They responded a little while ago and said they had posted our image in error and had removed it. Did someone say they saw merchandise with our tiger paw on it?

Letting folks use our logo only furthers our legacy. It brings no harm unless they start manufacturing our gear. If they buy our gear from legitimate suppliers we get paid anyway.

I emailed them too. I expressed my opinion. I told them to carry on with the use of our Paw and asked that they bring education to their classrooms and sportsmanship to the field.
I know Clemson players are now coaching in Tennessee and use the Paw for their schools and recreation teams. It's only illegal if Clemson University doesn't allow it.

paw immediately from the website. According to the webmaster, the Clemson photos in the store were for illustration only, but judging from their athletic team pictures I doubt that's the case. Someone else reported them to the University after I had talked to them.
It was a mistake that they are trying to rectify. Give them a little time to fix it.
