So where does Northern Ireland compete?

The Olympic team is called Great Britain, which is only England, Wales, and Scotland.

Disrespecting the Northern Irish. Tsk tsk tsk.

I'm sure they represent Great Britain, but I guess that stems from the fact that Northern Ireland didn't join until the 1920s and that they must not have wanted to change the name of their Olympic Team.
