and bringing DJ back in. The ABC announcing crew made it plain that he was starring Dabo down from across the field and at midfield after the game he said not a single word but listened to Dabo,
Noticed he took out a new piece of chewing gum about that time frame probably so to keep his mouth shut & temper down. LOL

Offense is there to score and def to stop the off. If we win 24-3
it wouldn't look as pretty as 31-3. We beat the spread to silence
espn talking heads.

Haha or atleast quiet them down for awhile. I doubt Dabo cared about the spread, just that slow O start to the game! I like the extra practice.

He just set his jaw took the beating and moved on with his life. Just think of we had been playing Pat Nardooshie from Pitt. Dude woulda thrown himself down at midfield and had a crying fit. Then woulda hit every media outlet after the game to complain about Dabo.

We played a ton guys last night; likely 3 deep at some positions (DT DE for sure). No excuses needed. Tale of two halves and BC coach should look more toward his own team's poor play in the second half. 31 carries for 34 yards says it all.

who cares?. Some on here have a complex about how Clemson is perceived,
Reality, other non-Clemson people don't really care about Clemson just like
we don't really care about say....Michigan or Texas.

The irony of the situation is that Dabo, more than any other coach in college football, has been known to put the second and third string teams in early in the game to give them practice and so as not to run up the score.
Last night was different. There is a reason he had his first team offense in. It’s because they stunk in the first half. Clemson is preparing to compete for the ACC championship and the offense was not playing to that level of play early in the game and he needed to take it vantage of that opportunity to give the first team more reps to improve their skills.
There is nothing wrong with that, other teams do it every week.

It's not like we ran a fake punt up by 49. There was still around 5 minutes left in the game when we scored.
He needs to realize that ALL of the ACC makes more money if we get in the playoffs. Style points do matter especially being in the ACC where ESPN reminds us that only the SEC plays big boy football. They have a foggy memory when it comes to Clemson pounding Bama for the Natty.
